For dental practices
Practice software for dentists, with the WhatsApp front desk in it
Check-ups, hygiene visits, a toothache at 22:00 and a medical aid that pays half. IndunAI books the chair from WhatsApp, keeps the patient's file and treatment notes, and bills with your own dental tariff codes on a ledger that says who still owes what.
Plain about the gaps. There is no tooth chart today: treatment is written in words, with photos and X-ray images attached to the note. The rest of this page says what is there.

For the practice
What a dental practice gets.
The chair booked from WhatsApp
The assistant answers the practice's WhatsApp, website chat and email, offers really free times, books the check-up or the hygiene visit and reminds the patient. A toothache it cannot book goes to a person with the conversation attached.
The patient file
Medical aid, plan, membership number and dependant code, with allergies, chronic conditions and medication. A whole family books from one number, each child under the main member.
Treatment notes with images
A note per visit with the examination, ICD-10 codes and the plan. Intra-oral photos and exported X-ray images or PDFs attach to the note, under 9 MB each.
Your own tariff list
Dental tariff and NAPPI lists are licensed, so the practice loads its own lists as CSV. They are searchable wherever a code is typed, and a code's price fills an empty amount.
Accounts paid in parts
The medical aid's payment, the shortfall moved to the patient, a write-off, all on one ledger. The patient's pay link asks only for their part.
Debtors and statements
Every outstanding account aged as current, 30, 60, 90 and 120 days, split between medical aid and patient, and a statement of account for the patient.
In the chair
A check-up, start to finish.
Monday evening. A mother asks on WhatsApp for check-ups for herself and her two children. The assistant says it is an AI, books the times the practice offers and sends the forms with the confirmation.
The visit. The dentist opens each appointment on the diary and writes the note, with photos attached. Only the people the owner ticks can read it.
The account. Raised from each booking with the practice's own tariff codes and the ICD-10 codes, under the mother as main member, with the scheme's details on it.
The remittance. The medical aid pays part. The desk records it, moves the shortfall to the mother's portion, and the Debtors list shows what is left and how old it is.
Where it stops
What a dentist should know first.
No tooth chart, no claims switching
There is no dental chart to click teeth on; treatment is written in the note. Electronic claims to medical aids through a switching house are not available today. Until they are, the account carries every detail a scheme asks for, so the patient can claim it back, or the desk sends it on the way it does now.
Bring your own code lists
No tariff or NAPPI list ships with the software, because both are licensed. The list you bill with today is the one you load.
What it costs
The practice software is priced with you in the demo. The assistant in front of it is from R1 450 a month including VAT for up to 300 conversations, plus a once-off R2 500 setup, or R4 995 a month fully managed. Meta's WhatsApp fees are separate. The plans are on the pricing page.
FAQ
Fair questions.
Is there a dental chart?
Not today. Treatment is written in the visit's note in words, and photos and exported X-ray images or PDFs attach to the note.
Can we bill with dental tariff codes?
Yes. The practice loads its own tariff and NAPPI lists as CSV, because both are licensed, and every account line carries its tariff code and ICD-10 diagnosis.
Can one parent book the whole family?
Yes. A family books from one number, each child files as a dependant under the main member, and each keeps their own record and appointments.
Does it send claims to the medical aids?
Not yet. The account carries what a scheme asks for, so the patient can claim it back or the desk sends it on as it does now.
Can it handle a dental emergency at night?
It answers at any hour and offers the soonest free time. A patient whose problem sounds urgent is told to get care now and the conversation is handed to the practice, and any patient can ask for a person. It is designed never to give clinical advice.
