Booking system with AI
A booking system gives you bookings. This one answers the messages too.
Most booking systems wait for the customer to open a booking page. Most customers open WhatsApp instead and ask a question first. IndunAI is the booking system and the AI agent that answers that question, offers the free times and books them.

A typical booking system, and IndunAI.
What a booking system does is worth having. The difference is who answers the customer before they book.
| A typical booking system | IndunAI | |
|---|---|---|
| Online diary for the team | Yes | Yes, coloured by service, drag to move |
| Reminders before the appointment | Yes | Yes, plus an are you still coming? that frees the slot on a no |
| A customer messages on WhatsApp | Waits for somebody to read it | The AI agent answers, day or night |
| “How much is it and when can you fit me in?” | You answer, or send a link | Answered from your approved prices, and the free times offered in the chat |
| Moving or cancelling | Through the booking page | In the chat, after the customer confirms which appointment |
| A question nobody wrote an answer for | Waits for you | Handed to a person on your team, with the chat |
| Payments | Often built in | Card payment links on your own PayFast or Yoco account |
| Where customers find you | Often a marketplace beside other businesses | Your own WhatsApp number and website. No marketplace |
| Where the data sits | Often overseas | Your own instance, hosted in Johannesburg |
How a booking happens
From the first message to the diary.
A customer writes on WhatsApp or in the chat on your website. The AI agent says what it is, answers what they asked from the facts and prices you approved, and asks only what the booking needs.
It reads your diary, offers times that are really free for that service and that person on your team, and books the one they pick. The server checks the time again as it books, so two customers never get the same slot.
The confirmation goes out with the price and how long it takes, the reminder follows, and the appointment is on the same board you invoice from. The whole platform.
Where it stops
What it does not do yet.
Not today
Gift vouchers, memberships and packages, staff commission and payroll, and a public marketplace listing are not part of it today. Answering ordinary phone calls is coming soon, and so is connecting your own AI tools to it over MCP.
A person when needed
The AI agent does not give advice outside your approved facts. Anything it cannot answer goes to your team.
What it costs

FAQ
Fair questions.
How is this different from a typical booking system?
A typical booking system waits for the customer to use its booking page. IndunAI also answers the customer's WhatsApp and website messages, answers their questions from your approved facts and books them in the chat.
Can the AI agent double book?
No. It offers times that are free in your diary and the server checks the time again as it books, so one slot goes to one customer.
Do customers still get a booking page?
Customers book in the chat on WhatsApp or on your website. There is no marketplace listing you beside other businesses.
What if the AI cannot answer?
It hands the conversation to a person on your team, and steps back when somebody replies.
What does it cost?
From R1 450 a month including VAT for up to 300 conversations, plus R2 500 once-off setup, or R4 995 a month fully managed. Meta's WhatsApp fees are separate.
The business platform, one piece at a time.
