What counts

What a conversation is.

One customer conversation is one conversation, however many messages it takes. A few other things count too, so the meter is honest about them:

Five of your own WhatsApp commands to your assistant are one conversation. Six replies from the dashboard assistant are one conversation. Ten people a WhatsApp promotion reached are one conversation.

Fair questions.

How much does the IndunAI business platform cost?

R1 450 a month including VAT for up to 300 customer conversations, or R2 250 for 300 to 500, each plus R2 500 once-off setup. Managed is R4 995 a month with 2 000 conversations and setup included.

Are Meta's WhatsApp fees included?

No. Meta charges its own WhatsApp message fees, separately.

Is there a setup fee?

R2 500 once-off on the two smaller plans. On the Managed plan setup is included.

Can we see it first?
