Does it answer both Facebook Messenger and Instagram?
Yes. It answers private messages sent to your Facebook Page and direct messages sent to the Instagram business account linked to that Page. One connection covers both.
Is it a separate assistant from my WhatsApp one?
No. It is the same assistant, with the same approved facts, prices and diary, so a customer gets the same answer whichever app they message you on.
Can my team still reply themselves?
Yes. Every Messenger and Instagram chat is in your dashboard, and your team can pause the assistant on a chat and reply there.
Does it post on my Page or reply to comments?
No. It only answers private messages. It does not post, comment or reply to stories.
What happens with a message older than 24 hours?
Meta only lets a business reply for 24 hours after a person's last message. If a reply would miss that window, nothing is sent and the chat is flagged for your team.
What does it cost?
