Aesthetic clinic software

Aesthetic clinic software with an AI agent on WhatsApp

Treatment enquiries answered at any hour, consultations booked, consent forms on the patient's phone, patch tests and the face chart on the client's profile, products used per treatment and the invoice, in one system.

Shown on a made-up clinic. No real client's photographs or records are ever used in a demo.

For the clinic

What an aesthetic clinic gets.

Switched on per clinic.

Enquiries that become consultations

The AI agent answers what a treatment is, what it costs and how long it takes, from the facts you approve, and books the consultation or the treatment into the right person's diary.

Before-and-after photographs

Your own before-and-after photos, keyed to the treatment they show and sent by the server when a client asks about that treatment, never chosen by the AI.

Consent and forms

Consent and medical history forms filled in on the client's phone, kept as a PDF on their record, and the policy they accepted on record.

Patch tests and the face chart

Patch tests on the profile, corrected and never deleted. A reaction on record shows in red first. The face chart carries a chart number and a total per area.

Products and stock

Products used at each treatment, billed at the price on the day, and counted off stock with a low-stock warning.

Deposits and aftercare

A deposit can hold a slot until it is paid by card. Aftercare goes out in your own words, and a client who writes that something is wrong after a treatment is an urgent alert to you.

What the AI does not do

It books. It does not advise.

The AI agent answers only from the facts you approve. On a clinic set up as a medical practice, its first message says it is an AI, and a sentence giving clinical advice is removed before it is sent. A question about a reaction or a symptom goes to a person on your team.

Claims to medical aids are not sent electronically. For an aesthetic clinic that is rarely the point, but if it is, see our practice management software.

For the AI receptionist on its own, see the AI receptionist for aesthetic clinics.

Where it stops

What it does not do yet.

Not today

Gift vouchers, memberships and packages, staff commission and payroll, and a public marketplace listing are not part of it today. Answering ordinary phone calls is coming soon, and so is connecting your own AI tools to it over MCP.

What it costs

From R1 450 a month including VAT for up to 300 conversations, plus R2 500 setup. See the plans.

FAQ

Fair questions.

Does the AI give medical advice?

It answers only from the facts the clinic approves and hands any question about a reaction or a symptom to a person. On a clinic set up as a medical practice, a sentence giving clinical advice is removed before it is sent.

Can it send before-and-after photos?

Yes. The clinic's own photos are keyed to the treatment they show and the server sends them when a client asks about that treatment.

Where are consent forms kept?

On the client's record as a PDF, with a record of the policy they accepted.

Does it record patch tests?

Yes, on the client's profile. A patch test is corrected, never deleted, and a reaction on record shows first.

What does it cost?

From R1 450 a month including VAT for up to 300 conversations, plus R2 500 once-off setup, or R4 995 a month fully managed.
