AI for manufacturers

Your ERP keeps the records. IndunAI answers the questions around them.

For South African manufacturers, from appliance and refrigeration makers to parts and packaging plants. IndunAI reads your ERPNext or SAP and answers the everyday questions about stock, parts, orders and dispatch, for your team and on WhatsApp for your dealers, and takes the admin off the office's desk. Here is what works today and what we build for you.

What it can take off your desk

Six jobs, and an honest label on each.

A factory office spends much of its day answering the same questions: is it in stock, where is the order, has it been invoiced, has it been paid. Four of the six areas below work today. The other two we build for you, on the same parts.

Works today

Stock and parts

Ask in plain words how many of a part or a finished model are free in each warehouse, what it costs, what was received, and which purchase orders are still open. Read live from your ERPNext or SAP.

Works today

Orders and dispatch

Open sales orders, delivery notes and unpaid invoices for any customer, answered from your system. Dealers can order and ask “where is my order?” on WhatsApp: built for ERPNext, set up for another system as a project.

Works today

Admin

Quotes and invoices, statements of account, a payments export for your accountant, bank statement lines matched to unpaid invoices, and customer questions on WhatsApp handed to a person when they need one.

Works today

SAP and ERP links

ERPNext, SAP Business One and S/4HANA, connected through their own APIs. Reading and changing are separate switches, and every change waits for a person to press Yes.

Built for you

Production planning

IndunAI does not replace your planning system. With SAP, the assistant can read production orders where your SAP exposes them. A plan sent to the floor each morning, or a shortage warning, is built for you as a project.

Built for you

Quality

A check sheet on a phone with photos, filed as a PDF against the batch, and a WhatsApp alert to the quality manager on a fail. Built for you from parts that already run in IndunAI for other businesses.

ERP and SAP

Works with the system you already run.

Nothing is moved out of your system and nothing is copied in by hand. The assistant asks your ERP or SAP each time, so the answer is as current as your system is.

ERPNext

Items, stock per warehouse, prices, quotations, sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, purchase orders and receipts, payments and stock entries, asked in plain words.

SAP Business One and S/4HANA

The assistant reads your SAP's own description of its API, so it can reach any list that API holds, not a short list we picked.

A Yes before any change

Changes are a separate switch. Each one is shown to a person as a card, and nothing is sent until they press Yes.

Your keys stay on the server

Your system's keys live on your own instance. They never appear in a chat, a prompt or a log line.

How we start

Read first, then automate one job.

1. Look

We sit with you and see which modules of your ERP or SAP your team really uses, and where the office loses its day.

2. Read

We connect with a read-only key first, so your team can ask about stock, parts and orders without anything able to change.

3. Automate one job

Then we pick the one job worth the most to you, such as dealer orders on WhatsApp or a quality check sheet, and build that.

FAQ

Fair questions.

Do we have to replace our ERP or SAP?

No. Your ERP or SAP stays the system of record. IndunAI reads it through its own API and, only where you switch it on, writes to it behind a Yes a person taps.

Which systems does it connect to?

ERPNext, SAP Business One through its Service Layer, and S/4HANA or any SAP Gateway through OData. A Magento shop too. Another system is a custom build, scoped and priced as a project.

Our SAP runs on a server in the factory. Can you reach it?

Only if it is published to the internet, for example SAP Business One Cloud, S/4HANA Cloud, or your own public address in front of the Service Layer or Gateway. The assistant runs in Johannesburg and cannot reach inside your office network, by design.

Can it change things in our system?

Reading and changing are two separate switches. With changes on, every create, update or delete is shown to a person as a card first, and nothing is sent until that person presses Yes.

Is production planning ready to switch on?

Not as a product. IndunAI does not replace your planning system. With SAP, the assistant can read any list your SAP API holds, so it can answer questions about production orders where your SAP exposes them. Anything more, such as a daily plan sent to the floor, is built for you as a project.

Where is our data kept?

Each business gets its own isolated instance, hosted in Johannesburg, South Africa. Your system's keys are kept on that server and never shown in a chat or a log.
