- A patient sends a message At any hour, on WhatsApp or the practice website. Nobody has to be at the desk for it to be answered in the same minute.
- The request is understood A new booking, a change, a price question, a practical question about the practice. Asked in ordinary words, in the order the patient thinks of them.
- Practice information and the calendar are checked Prices, hours and practitioners come from the practice's own configuration, and open times are read from the real diary by the server. The assistant proposes; the server verifies.
- The task is completed The booking is created, moved or cancelled as a record the server wrote, which is why the appointment card you may have seen above could render at all.
- A person is brought in only when needed A clinical question, an urgent symptom or a plain request for a human is flagged to the practice team with the whole conversation attached.
Where it stops
It books. It does not advise.
An assistant in front of patients must never diagnose, never recommend a treatment, never predict results and never decide whether something is suitable for somebody. The machinery is real
Your messages go to the same assistant, prompt, booking engine and server checks a paying practice gets. When it confirms an appointment, that is a record the server wrote into the demo practice's own diary. No real calendar is ever touched.
Your demo is yours alone
Each visitor gets an isolated demo workspace: your conversation and your bookings are invisible to every other visitor, capped at 20 messages, and deleted from the demo workspace within a few hours. Start new conversation resets only your own.
