How it stays safe
It proposes. A person decides.
The assistant never changes anything on its own. A move, a cancel, an invoice or a setting comes back as a card that shows exactly what will happen, and the record keeps who pressed yes.
Each person signs in as themselves, and the owner chooses who sees the figures. The assistant's replies count towards your plan's conversations: six replies are one conversation.

Is it the same as the AI agent customers talk to?
No. The AI agent answers your customers on WhatsApp and your website. The dashboard assistant works for you, inside the dashboard and on your phone.
Can I give it a file?

Can I connect my own AI tools to it?
Not yet. Connecting your own AI tools over MCP is coming soon.
